Once again you are just one step away from that Durga Puja which is known to be remarkable ones. Rammohan Smriti Sangha is going to rejoice their 55th year in 2013 with the theme “Tathastu” as well as some volume of depiction to “Vishnu Puran”. A Durga Puja with such mythological aspects truly needs a standing ovation from all. Today’s youth or generation should attain these aspects among themselves as we have a rich history about our rituals and it is a vast concept. Tathastu is a Sanskrit word meaning ‘let it happen so’. Likewise if someone pleases a super power (who has the ability to grant his wish), when pleased always consoles him saying ‘Let it be so'. People who believe in Hindu mythology think that there are Tathastu gods. We cannot deny the fact that it is completely true or completely false, but scientifically Tathastu gods are none other than our mind. If we say something or have a strong will, we ourselves make it come true.
Some portion of the current theme at Rammohan Smriti Sangha also denotes Vishnu Puran which is being presented as a dialogue between Parashara & his disciple Maitreya and divided into six parts; the major topics discussed include creation, stories of battles fought between Asuras and Devas, the Avatars of Vishnu and genealogy and stories of legendary kings. It also designates that it is the supreme god who creates unlimited universes and enters each one of them as Lord of Universe.
Behind this magnificent theme, the real hero is the theme maker namely Somnath Banerjee which is done under the Secretariat of Chandraprakash Jaiswal, Abhijit Jaiswal & Umesh Chandra Jaiswal with an estimated amount of around six lakhs rupees which is also worth mentioning since showcasing such a huge picture is very expensive. This puja will conduct few cultural programmes during the festival and will absolutely win the heart of viewers who will come a long way to see Rammohan Smriti Sangha.
7th October, 2013 is the date when we all will get to know about our rituals & mythology in a comprehensive manner. And people, to reach this mythological pandal is like a rocket science because it is located in a prime area near Ganguram Sitala Mandir and nearest Metro station is Girish Park. www.durgapujaonline.com desires to gain as much “Tathastu” as this Puja Committee attains.
